So Hitler was a bad person and I was wondering if this game is going to allow you to do "bad" things and not just as the German's I mean with any nation?

If you're making reference to certain actions perpetrated by the German government during the war that are now frowned upon by the international community for their barbarism, that topic is banned from the forums and will certainly not be modeled in HOI4.
PDS is trying to make a game that, while not ignoring atrocities that historically occurred, is not trying to call attention to them in order to ensure the game is not exceedingly offensive to members of the population who potentially lived through or lost family members in events that occurred in this time period.
If you were making reference to deliberate enaction of atrocities at the hand of the state, I recommend you delete this thread. I'm sure the mods don't appreciate you making sideways references to topics that have been banned on the forums.

This game is a world war 2 combat simulator on a grand strategy scale and ONLY focuses on that type of combat. There is no simulation of anything that you are referring too on any scale.

People are too afraid of discussing the holocaust, I think it's a bad mentality. I am Jewish and my ancestors were wiped out, along with all their records and knowledge, when the SS rolled in to their village somewhere near Lwow at the start of Barbarossa. Discussion on the forums shouldn't be prohibited, that's the last thing any Jew would want, it is an avoidant form of historical revisionism. That being said, it would be desultory, useless, ignorant, and horrifying for the developers to incorporate this into the game, and they certainly never will. The answer to your question is a firm no.

If you are turned on by sadistic thoughts, you can imagine all sorts of... situations when ordering strategic bombings and convoy raiding.
Even so, the game never did and never will model population reduction as a result of strategic bombing. The model they use works independently of it.
