Can we take advantage of an ally's rail and infrastructure system to quickly move through his territory? I'm hoping the answer is yes.

The reason I asked was that in Dark_Teuton's Prussia AAR he sent troops to help his Russian ally and it took 4 months to get from Prussia to Odessa. It seemed a little long, but what do I know, I don't have the game yet.
