Can we supply by river in Barbarossa?

Yes. It works as a level 1 railroad. You also need supply hubs to load and unload the supplies. Here the supply travels by railway from Rio de Janeiro to a supply hub by a river, gets shipped via rivers, unloaded into another supply hub and distributed to 3 divisions in the middle of the Amazon

That's nice. Still I hope we can mod that number or have some ways of improving navigation/docking conditions, I feel some major rivers would provide more than what a merely level 1 railroad could, unless level 1 railroad can already support like 50 divisions

Theres a define for it but I think its globally for every river. Most supply will end up being transferred by railway

could it not be split between major / minor rivers, as other modifiers that affect rivers are?

for modding? Dunno. You'd have to convince someone like Arheo or MatRopert to prio it. 90% sure its not for release at least, its a bit too late for that, but what do I know?

for base HoI I dont think its needed on the strategic scale that its simulated on, and railways is the main way of getting supplies around and thats the expectation that I think we have. Besides level one railway is pretty good for supplying some amount of troops anyways
