Not sure if they will. They are getting some money off them, The difference in price between the 2 preorders.

How? They do not offer printed version of the book. And even if, it's not that much money, considering all Europe can print it legally, and there are little ways to enforce the US law (when it's for private use, but it's waht we are talking about).
