Can we get the re-roll name feature?

In EU4 it's been integrated but CK2 deals more with names. For some cultural groups, it is difficult to know which names are available or which existed. It would be nice if we got a re-roll button so we can choose a different name in the cultural group name list rather than having to accept whatever comes up and then trying to Google what other names they used.

I started a thread asking about this a year or two ago. The developers at the time told me with the current coding it was very, very unlikely.
