We all know that the AI is programmed to get 100% warscore and I get that it would be too hard to make it able to calculate various options in war. However would be that hard to program it so that it understands it can't get 100% when a country is in three wars and is occupied by various nations?

In the same way, the AI should be made to understand that it has no interest in going to war when a country is almost defeated. Too much player-friendly blobbing occurs through this. Example: France which attacks and occupies 100% of Brittany, Provence then attacks Brittany which is immediately vassalized by the French, who lead a defensive war against Provence and annex it completely.
