I think OP should drop CK franchise altogether, and go 100 % for Tamagochi, which is all about taking care of babies.

OP has a valid opinion on the topic. It isn't everybody's cup of tea, so no need to be rude. But yes, I can also suggest the OP might look for other games if some game content strikes a nerve. Look, as a child I liked those soft-dart-guns or what they are called. Now, having children of my own they give me the creeps when watching children play 'war' with those. Maybe growing up and serving a year in the army might helped a bit to change views. I as well do not really like the idea of the snake pic. As father of an infant it makes me feel a bit uncomfortable. Yet, I recognize it as part of a game and not the real thing and as such this helps me preserve my sanity. Also, joking about the game helps. The mileage of feeling uncomfortable might vary from person to person. At least it is good to have that opinion voiced.

About the morality of killing babies, manure explosions, assassination attempts, inbreeding and worshipers of the forces of darkness? It's more the game than the forum. Yet even in Stellaris there are memes about genocide on a galactic escale, so i wouldn't worry too much for CKII or III
