vaider mentioned a possible event for Trotsky to go to Soviet Russia if it forms and promptly be put under house arrest. I personally like this.

I once had an idea about Trotsky, an random event that could happen for every nation like. "Trotsky has been sighted!"

That might work. Like a random persistent event all the way through the game. Would be funny. He'd be like an evil Elvis.
Or like "Comet Sighted!" Events of EU2 xD It would be so awesome!
I was essentially merely attempting to find out if the canon had been changed and no one had bothered to edit the Kaiserpedia.
