Newbie question I guess but I'd really like to know
I see in my game that some of my vassals have their levies raised, even after a conflict/war/rebellion has ended. These are their personal levies, I can't do nothing about it.
In my game for instance, I felt the need to revoke the title of my Duke of Munster. He still had 500 men in another county (Vannes, Brittany) which he was commanding personally! It was easy to defeat him there, killing him on the battlefield. Now I'm just wondering WHY did he have his troops there? Originally they had been there in a revolt against me, but that conflict had ended 5 years earlier...
