I like the concept of the vassal behaviour modes and war targets, but they don't consistently work in practice. Often, when I change my vassals' behaviour, they just freeze and don't do anything, preferring to sit around in their capital (pretty sure this is a bug; quitting to menu and restarting makes them do things again). Furthermore, when set to aggressive, they don't split their army even if the enemy is utterly obliterated. Why siege only one province with 30 regiments? I'd like my vassals to carpet siege if the enemy's army is negligible and I tell them to carpet siege. Also, I'd like a separation of 'aggressive' into two modes — siege and hunter-killer. Should be pretty self-explanatory. Sometimes a man just wants his vassal to do the micromanagement of keeping the enemy down while he splits up his own army and does the sieging, but sometimes he just wants the vassal to siege. Also, this would allow us to, say, have two vassals with complimentary aggressive behaviour, making them more useful as a whole.

Lastly, when I tell my vassal to support me, I want my vassal to support me. I don't want this to be interpreted by the AI, I want it to be a goddamn order. If they're set to supportive and I have an army that can be attached to, they should always attach.

edit: I forgot there's a suggestions forum. Can a mod move this please?
