Which is stupid as there were a lot of fascists in US and UK.

Not really. Certain fascist leaders like Oswald Mosley achieved some notoriety but generally the British population turned against fascism pretty early due to the growing tension with Germany and the perception that fascism was kind of a foreign ideology. Early 20th century British politics were very, very conservative compared to those in much of the continent.

I believe the Commonwealth (Canada, South Africa, Raj, Australia, New Zealand) starts in the Allies as well; in this title, the UK doesn't have direct control over them (I believe a few of them may be puppets though).

British Raj is a puppet. The rest are independent.

Interesting bit of trivia - though I'm sure many history buffs here already know - is that Sir Oswald Mosley is the father of Formula One boss Max Mosley.
