Can´t enter Spanish OT Forum

Hi! I am going to start a new Forum Game in Spanish, and after contacting some moderators they have told me it should go on the Spanish OT section (http://forum.paradoxplaza.com/forum/forumdisplay.php?102-OT-en-espa%F1ol). The problem is that whenever I try to enter such page, the "$vbulletin->userinfo[username], you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:" message pops up, and I cannot enter such Forum.

I have DH registered and I am not a new user, so I would like to know how this could be solved in order to start posting there and setting up the Forum game.

EDIT: Tried to change my email and return to the previous one in order to get a new activation, it did not work.

You will have to register a game to gain access in there as the policy is now.

Tried again, the same message appears and prevents me from viewing that forum.

Please try clearing your browser cache and/or wait a moment. You should have the permissions now.

Cleared all the cache and also tried entering from another computer, the same message still appears. It seems I have become damned
