Can someone please spend some time fixing the UI scaling bug(s)

This has been an issue for at least a year (when i got my 4k monitor) in that if you play above 1080p, you need to increase the UI scale.
This however makes things readable but causes anything near the edge of the screen (it goes quite some distance) to not work - this has become even more of an issue in this expansion - by which i mean:
- tooltips do not show up: i cannot read what any of the new buttons on the bottom taskbar do; i have no clue. Also large focus trees, you cannot read tooltips of focuses near bottom and sides
- the production line causes issue when trying to move things up and down in that the mouse thinks you're clicking another box and so its very frustrating to move the item you want where you want it.

I fixed the tooltip one, wasn't aware of production line problem. Will fix it as well, thanks for the report! (but I also think this is not proper place to reports bugs)

The tooltip one isn't fixed yet, in my game on the new patch yesterday it wasnt working
I didn't post it in bug reports because I thought UI scale is experimental therefore unfinished its less a bug per se, but more a feature that needs to be completed

I mean I fixed them on our development branch :D it will take time to actually release them.

I fixed drag & drop containers as well, hopefully we will be able to make a quick hot fix release
