i dislike the Italian Flag they used in World War II but i want to know if someone can make an event were they change from the World War II Flag to there Current flag

But 'in-game' changes cant be done.
So, you can get the flag you want from a flag directory and then put it in yourself, just make sure you save the old one somewhere else.

can someone make the Italian Republic with the current Italy Flag and than have an event were Italy loses and gets annexed and when Germany falls and when its time to Free Western Europe instead of having the Kingdom of Italy with its flag change that and make it into the Italian Republic
