If you are doing a Lets Play of EU4 (for example) and have the EU4 soundtrack running simply adding that all music is from the EU4 soundtrack in the comment should be fine. Listing all the individual songs and artists seems a little overkill to be honest and unless you pick and mix (Playing HoI and using the CKII and EU4 soundtrack) I'd say you don't need to do so
