Can register CK2

Hi guys !

I got an old forum account but can't remember the email address I used with in.
So I created that new one, but I can't register the Steam key for Ck2 on that one.
It says "redeem code not found".
I need to register it in order to access tech support (got a problem from a few weeks where I can't load saved games without crashing directly).

That's weird because I can register any CK2 DLC, just not the "main" key itself.
