I really don’t think it would be that hard to re-implement, I think CK2’s version worked perfectly fine. Honorary Titles are fluff of course except for small opinions, but that can make a difference when you need the extra +10 or +5. Regencies on the other hand, were a big deal for the era, and I am 100% surprised they weren’t in. So I really think these would add to the game without much worry, and I do hope Paradox eventually puts these in because I miss the court intrigue around Regents (which again was a huge deal for the time period, they are basically essential for good histories). That, and I want to be able to knock my Regent off of a balcony again!

The main "problem" with bringing them back, I suspect, is that they gave the game greater depth. Depth not, apparently, being the aim in the more arcade style experience that CK3 was apparently designed in mind.

I would be genuinely delighted to be proven wrong.
