Can Paradox Engines be made to use OpenCL and CUDA?

It's just a thought if this is possible. Since Paradox games run pretty slowly, especially during the end game due to so the increasing amount of units/pops/characters etc. is it then possible to use the GPU to process these events to speed up the speed of Paradox Games?

The GPU is already used by PDS games for data manipulation. That's been true since EU3 at least.
