Can not see Banners!

As soon as patch was installed every banner is just black now! On the world map, in the character screen, in the opening menu just black!
I purchased and installed 2 expansions thinking that would fix the problem but it's still there!

If you haven't found a fix yet its to delete the gfx folder in my documents -> paradox interactive -> crusader kings ii and relaunch the game.
