Can not appoint Court Chaplain?

Hey,

just started a game as Russian Orthodox count. But I seems I cannot appoint a Court Chaplin (there are slightly capable religious people hanging around my court)...is this right?

You can only appoint landed chaplins I think.

For Orthodox, you must have a vassal Bishop. If in your lands there isn't any Church Holdings, then you don't have any vassal bishops to make your chaplain
