Can i please either have the constant CTD's fixed or get my money back please?

Hi guys! I got directed towards this thread just now. Sorry for not coming in here sooner. I should have, but I didn't. No excuses for that. I will do my best to see us through this from now on however.
To answer the OP, refunds are dealt with by the retailer where you purchased the game, so please contact that retailer if you wish to go through with that.
I would also like to ask you to respect AndrewT who is a volunteer here. He is not being paid for his hard work. He is just trying to help you anyway, which I think deserves respect. Thank you Andrew for holding the fort!

So to get a grip on the situation. Does games started in 1.2.2 still crash for you?

Yes. Started an Austria game, 3 crashes within first 20 years. All in 1.2.2, started it yesterday. Ironically, the game I started in 1.2.1 with the Livonian Order still runs fine. I'm glad Paradox is testing this patch, cause the last few have been disappointing compared to the initial release. Why can't Paradox release beta patches as they have in other games? That seemed to ensure that each released patch has less bugs than previous ones, unlike EU 4 so far.

And really, Andrew isn't paid? I hope you guys at least buy him a beer every now and then or something.

Thanks for telling me. And yes. We do buy him a beer now and then I tried to throw money at him, but he refuse to take them. That's how much of a good guy he is.

I don't have any update on it at the moment. The QA team is aware of the issue and are analyzing the problem.

How frequent is the problem btw? Is the game completely unplayable, or does it work somewhat?
