Can I have a refund?

I have reported some problems with the game to the Paradox staff on several occasions now. Not only do they ignore my posts, but they actually threaten me with "infractions" or demerits or whatever. I'm sick of playing these games.

If I mail the CD into Paradox, can I please have a refund on the game? I know that I can't get back the 10 or so hours of my life I've spent playing it so far, but I can at least ask for my money back.

Btw, gamespot.com, ign.com, amazon.com -- guess what review this game is going to get. Hint: it will reflect your level of respect towards me in this forum and your helpfulness in resolving my issues with the game.

Hopefully, no one else will have to waste their time or money on this piece of poetry.

You've only put in 10 hours and are frustrated because you can't play it very well? Then decide to threaten a company with bad reviews because it didn't match up with everything you expected it to be? Not sure if you realize this but the game is easily modifiable by the average computer user. So if it doesn't meet your standard of historical accuracy then feel free to edit it till you are content. Otherwise maybe this isn't for you.

By the way, I in no way represent Paradox Interactive. I just play the games...

I for one like the game, even though it's incomplete, very buggy and there are design flaws.

I don't think they could do such things to you deliberately unless you've broken the rules.

They help some people, and others not. They don't have the time to help everyone out.

I'm sure that you can get a refund, but I don't remember how.

Why are you rating it badly just because they didn't solve what you wanted? Review the game for what it is, not what it can be (unless you really believe it'll get better) or was, and also not because let's say Johan kidnapped your girlfriend.

To me, it seems like you're throwing a hissy fit because you can't win, or historical accuracy isn't the forte of this game.

If it's the latter, it's not a problem. Just get DiDays Unique Units Mod with the Map Patch Project, and you'll see the difference.

I read your previous posts, and you basically want a refund because we will not include terror bombing or dirty bombs? That's a new one. I'm not sure where you have sent the e-mail, but I have not received them. You should get a bounce e-mail asap if you mail to the correct address.

To get a refund you have to turn to the store where you bought the game, we do not handle those directly.

(Since terror bombing is not an allowed discussion topic, I will now close this thread, or I guess I will have to hand out infractions).
