hi guys but i didn't found in the internet for download i don't like steam workshop the steam workshop downloader said the game does not allow cities skylines. can you help for give download link right now

use steam workshop; it's not really a case of whether you like it or not, there is no alternative for the game, other than making the map/mod/asset yourself. you search for the map/mod/asset that you like and subscribe to it. it's not exactly difficult.
