Can I forge new bloodline after my previous bloodline is not inherited?

So I play as the best character in my gameplay, I still rather noob.
I manage to forge a bloodline about family and a bloodline after singlehandedly defeat Abbasid's in crusade.
The problem is my character is a woman and after she died I didn't realize that her bloodline is only transferable to daughter. Can I forget a bloodline again?

To be more precise - yes, but if anyone in your dynasty has ever forged a bloodline, you need to have 20k (15k for children) prestige for the ambition, as opposed to 5k (2.5k).

Fortunately 20k prestige ain't much for a crusade winner.

Try to be more careful with it.
May main issue is that they are not transferred to your greatchildren and if you get bloodline when children are well over 40 it is useless.
