Can I as example playing sweden and make money on selling Tanks, Aircrafts and boats?

I know that hoi3 got license build but to see other nations want to use my nations stuff in their units could be awsome. That ofcource if the unit could have several types of equipment in their YOE. Like forexample Ge 1 Pz division got say 50 Pz Mk III h, 12 Pz Mk III j, 10 swedish pansar type 42 and some captured T34 at the same time.

There is no money in the game.
You can trade anything you can produce, tanks, planes, ships, etc, for anything else (resources or tanks, ships, planes)
Different "variants" are not tracked such as Model A, B, C, D, E. This is substituted by upgrades added to the Base design.

The way I understand it the variants are tracked with whatever name you give them. You don't upgrade existing equipment you only make new stuff. So yes its possible to have what the previous poster stated as long as you name your variants Pz Mk III h and Pz Mk III j etc.

Haha, love it - Ikea tanks, artillery and other vehicles could be particularly good for fitting into small areas, like LSTs and cargo ships .

No, Bofors on the other hand..Though most of the Bofors 40mm in the war were "pirated" by the US, ie built without paying any license fees. Though Sweden did the same with an US airplane engine, so it evens out Biggest issue was post war when the US sprinkled surplus 40 mm cannons like candy on smaller less developed countries negating tons of potential sales for Bofors.
