Can Germany be stopped early on?

How feasible will it be to stop Germany before the world goes to war? Is it possible for the political will to be there?

Political will was the main issue. It's not 'before the war' but from Wikipedia on the Phoney War:

At the Nuremberg Trials, German military commander Alfred Jodl said that "if we did not collapse already in the year 1939 that was due only to the fact that during the Polish campaign, the approximately 110 French and British divisions in the West were held completely inactive against the 23 German divisions."[12]

didnt they say in a dd that uk and france can intervene early but will push the isolation of the us so high they wont join the war?

UK and France can only intervene if world tension gets high enough. So basically if Germany goes banana's annexing people they can intervene. If Germany plays it's cards right it can prevent them being able to help eastern Europe by keeping WT low.

Isn't there a French national focus for the little entente, wouldn't that allow the French to get into war early? Whether or not they can win that war is a different matter.
