Elizabeth is only available if you have Edward get a morganantic marriage with Wallace Simpson. This allows the possibility of an event occurring wherein the King and Wallace are killed when the palace is bombed. However, for the event to fire, the London region of the UK needs to be strat bombed by whoever you are at war with. If you never go to war with anyone in strat bombing range, or if they choose to never strat bomb you, you are stuck with Edward. Assuming you do get strat bombed, and the event fires, you will get Edward's brother as a replacement leader. This starts a timer running in the background. A variable # of years later, your replacement king will up and die, and that's when Elizabeth gets promoted. If you go down the fascist route, Edward isn't your national leader (he may be a National Spirit, but the event doesn't care about that: he must be your leader) so he can't die in the palace bombing. That hard-locks you out of getting Her Royal Lizzieness.

No, Mosely remains the fascist uk leader and George VI is the national spirit. I'm not sure if the spirit would change if you reached George historical death date.

No, only the kings party path can have elizabeth as leader.
You have to select "Compromise on a morganatic marriage" when the abdication crisis event fires. Then if you go to war and London gets bombed, there's a chance Edward and walis are killed. Then George VI becomes king, then when he dies Elizabeth becomes queen.

You can't become fascist by yourself after selecting the kings party. The advisors for the fascist path become locked.
