I searched a little for answers to these, but can't seem to find them, if you know a link, please post it (and lock the topic if it is that informative).
I am still deciding weather to buy Diplomacy (by Paradox) or not (though probably I will, no matter what). So I have a few questions about the features:
1. Will it support PBeM (off the official ladder)?
2. Will it have variants, or include tools to make them?
3. Will the official ladder offer "realtime" play or PBeM (deadline) style?
4. Maybe most importaint to me: Will it be able to get input from a file (have replays) and export the game in text format? And can it get input from JUDGE mails.
I come from a RTS background (notice the terminology "replays"), and hope that us, less experienced players can learn the game by watching the better players' replays, it should include press, of course.
