Can Developers check Born Diplomat & Historian Achievements to verify requirements?

Hardly anyone on steam has these achievements and many people have posted that they have been unable to get them to unlock.

One of two possibilities exists here. Either both achievements are bugged or the requirements listed to get them are not complete.

Can the devs test and confirm which is the case?

Sorry to say this, but Neocore doesn't exist anymore. The game is not supported by either the developers nor Paradox.

There will be no more patches, updates or any bug fixes.

Edit: My mistake, Neocore does exist, but KA2 is not supported.

If anyone somehow got either of these achievements, can you post what you did to get them?

Wish Neocore or Paradox would look into this.....
