Just downloaded trp,it looks good. I was trying my standard usa arm strategy to see if it was still viable in trp. So I am all set to attack colombia(no na pact) on mar 1 1936. The diplomacy screen will not give me the option. I made sure I had it switched on, but I cannot dow. What is wrong?
