can anyone explain why drones can't bombard? (solved)

I have changed "country_types" ==> orbital_bombardment = yes

also, I have changed "bombardment_stances" and I personally convinced that the fleets received stances (armageddon as example).

But...

When drone fleet orbits any colony - they don't bombard them, they just hang in orbit.

During testing, I personally took control of the country (drones) and I personally sent fleets into orbit. Planets are glowing as enemy (red colour), fleets are hanging in orbit (yellow icon), armageddon bombardment stance is active in the fleet. But..... Nothing happens.

Who understands the mechanics of the bombing and can tell where the problem is?
