From what I can see in my records you have a Steam key for Victoria II so there shouldn't be an issue downloading it from your Steam account.

I can't provide you with a new key since I can't confirm it was bought from us. If it's gone, which seems a bit odd I have to say, it could be that the key has been revoked (which is done by Steam and not us). Stupid question but are you sure you are looking at the right Steam account? Some users have several and get them mixed up, hence the question

First off, nice collection of games, you've got good taste !
Secondly I'd say find out where you bought it (as it was a Steam key you probably have a receipt of it somewhere in your mail) and contact the vendor. They should be able to locate the order. I checked my records to see if it was bought via us and wasn't able to find any transactions related to your account.
