Can any1 tell me why the game keeps creating lowborn courtiers?

How i can tell she is created out of thin air? She has no zodiac trait which means she was never born...

Now, maybe those are the girls the ruler can "make a move" on, but my current ruler is not particular interested in girls; not that I wouldn't mind some bastard backup kids, but the option isn't there at all

It's extraordinary annoying because I put [character joined court] on very high message priority (popup + pause) but this does not happen when the character magically appears leaving me unknowing that someone sneaked in...

Hopefully the new court mechanics will have some way to get rid of illegal immigrants in our royal courts. It's rather tiresome always having to ask everyone to politely leave after moving in uninvited. Like it's my freaking castle - why are you here - who the hell are you even?

I think the game does this intentionally. It will generate lowborn courtiers occasionally, just to keep the court populated. That way if you want to marry a character off, or collect a lover, or something like that quickly, you'll always have someone to choose from. It helps the world to feel fuller and more populated.

I gotta say, though, for a random lowborn, I like her.

yeah, she's not terrible but I usually only find out that someone sneaked into my court when the saxon king is asking me if he may marry her... pathetic

It's so there are always marriage candidates for other rulers, this is also why Enatic realms are shit, the game doesn't generate men so you actually end up running really low on people to marry.

It's so there are always marriage candidates for other rulers, this is also why Enatic realms are shit, the game doesn't generate men so you actually end up running really low on people to marry.

Hmm? I have never had a lack of either men or women, and I've done bloodline-breeding on a scale where I've had like a hundred married couples in my court, every single one arranged by me. And when I say "a hundred" I don't just mean "a lot," I quite literally mean a hundred if not more.
