You can't skip Majesty Metals, but you can skip everything that has Mastiff in it if you mod the JSONs. I don't remember exactly how, I found it on Reddit, but you have to change a 100 to a 105 in the milestones.
It does for me. I tend to change between 3 Callsigns I like to use and my Avatar sometimes has a beard and sometimes not.
There should be an option to skip the Tutorial, after the first run its boring and too long. If it was really exciting and thought-provoking (like some intros) I wouldn`t mind, but this isn`t.
