The call to arms contesting a country getting a 'free' PU doesn't save.
Ie. Get the 'will you go to war contesting the PU diaglog box'
Click Menu, Save Game, then load the Save Game, and the dialog box isn't there anymore and the other country will have gotten the PU....
I think this is a oversite as other kinds of calls to arms don't 'disappear' when you save and load a game. If this is working as intended then my appologies.
