Call Curia Controller to Defend the Pope

If you control the curia, wouldn't it make sense that you would be called to defend the Pope? You should be free to decline, but it would cost your position as curia controller and Pope would become curia controller.

Currently being the curia controller is only good, but it should come with its own burden.

I suggest this because I feel that Pope is too easy to win, you might say "Pope starts off strong" you're right, but Pope can be crippled in one war, after that Pope is fair game. I think it could help AI Papacy to survive better, for the player... Well if you're attacked and curia controller dishonors the call at least you can excommunicate your enemies.

Maybe there should be a way of combining Curia Controller with Defender of the faith, since the DoF was removed from non-Christian/Muslim religions it has become pretty much useless button that just takes up screen room. Maybe combine the CC and DoF for catholics and find some other way to deal with it for Protestants/Reformed/Muslims.
