Can anyone tell me A) the provinces in California that eventually get precious metal as its resource and B) when that change to precious metal happens.

When the gold rush events occur anywhere it causes immigration to the entire state (IE, alaska. That whole state gets a massive influx of population as soon as a single province there gets the gold rush event. Same with one of the dakotas too.)

Yeah, doesn't matter. Once one province gets gold, people will start to migrate at a pace of ~5000 a day to california.
That wasn't my question. I'm curious which provinces get gold, as I'm looking at the context of the California Gold Rush and where gold is located in game.
