I'm not sure if this is a bug or if I'm over looking a game play mechanic, but I was expecting the monthly province modifier from Cahokia to offset monthly devastation from grazing. However, if I play as Cahokia I don't see the devastation bonus being applied at all. Am I missing something or should I file a bug report?
