CAG Problem

I have researched purpous designed CAG 1938, but 1940 is not researchable (crossed out).

Is there a possibility to unlock it?

Sure... You need Carrier Aircraft Diversity (air doctrines tech) to unlock it. In turn, you need the larger carrier techs to unlock that one, which implies you research the Post Treaty Warship Development Doctrine, IIRC.

Thanks. Problem is Naval Air Arm is still greyed out and I am clueless in how to activate it.

Never thought about that. On the positive side I now have all naval doctrines up to date.

hi all

am really enjoying the mod but am having the same problem as the original poster - how to unlock 1936 Naval Air Arm - the tech seem to have changed and Patrol Bomber doesn't say that it unlocks this tech

what am i missing?

Naval bomber does not unlock, it as its not locked but it has off(screen/tab) requirement of the naval bomber.

Locke tech's are red, greyed are missing requirements.
