Assuming the Confederacy can survive the American civil war, what events, if any (besides presidents) exist for it? I am willing to script a few, but need to know where the CSA currently stands.

"if" the CSA survives the civil war?LOL.I have never seen it extinct.Actually,i have seen it beating the US to outer space several times.Due to instability, the US lost most of its provinces to either GB or the CSA.In the end,the US was down only to its capital.Yes,it could definetely use some events
.
British would only have joined the war if they thought Confederates were winning, just like French did in American Revolution. Americans proved themselves to France with Saratoga. Confederated failed at Gettysburg.Originally posted by parttime-hero

but i read some stuff on the usa civil war and i personally am surprised on the fact that it turned out the way it did..
usa was a wreck during and after that war.. GB could have kicked its colonial ass bigtime.. knowning the british expansion drift in those days im surprised they didnt..

Actually in Gettysburg it was a tactical stalemate, and that was with Longstreets delayed attack. The only problem was the United States had more soldiers they could afford to kill than the Confederate States. I still say they should have took Washington at the beginning of the War, but they still thought they could diplomatically end the war without large casualties. Silly old men in funny hats![]()

Although you could say the invasion of the North was a failure, it kind of wasn't because they did overrun Maryland to get to Pennsylvania. Probably because pretty much everyone in Maryland was Confederate( alot still are).
