A suggestion to avoid spam bots:
Since there are many bots that lurks the www looking for the yourname@youremailserver.com format in web pages to grab email address for spamming purposes, the best way to avoid this is to use the following format:
procer at road to war dot com
I hope it helps fight off those damn things.

i get spam in my work e-mail all the time, i got 50 spam message every day...
do you want me to change that for all of you?
Yeah go ahead and change it... to be honest I don't think we've been hit yet, I am not getting spam to the alf@ address (but about 25/day to mithrai@ that I used elsewhere).
Due to the amount of email I'm getting as part of this project, I'm setting up a separate mailbox. Please use steel@melachea.demon.co.uk in the future.

I like it, that you use a standardized format for the e-mail address. That is so easy to read
