well, yesterday FAL chose Spain, not Portugal. But i`m ready like him to make changes if there is resistance.
I suggest two more rules of peace treaty like in ToS:
- if MA was received as result of peace treaty, it can`t be revoked next 20 years
- if the religion was forced changed as result of peace treaty, it can`t be changed by this country or by another peace treaty next 20 years

As I am sure I have explained before FAL and Tonio want to play in Porto/Spain and so I had to put most of the experienced players in Western Europe to balance this.
If you think that I've been too biased to Austria (a possibility I am sure) I am quite happy to switch places with labby in the OE if he is ok with that.
