No we are not starting today, no we are not starting this week. The day(s) will more than likely be either monday, tuesday or wednesday.
No I'm not lazy, I just have exams in under 1 hour.
Rules will be based on FAL's rules in his sunday game with a few changes, I'll post them later.

BTW, I need to make some changes to my scenario based on the experiences in Götterdammerung. (A bit more manpower to Spain, some native levels changed, Ruthenia to Russia etc.) I'll release a new version friday.
