I didn't think about checking if the OE had the lucky tag in that game. I did have lucky nations set on Historical though. That helps a lot, thanks.Outlaw Rudy said:I was in the same boat as you. Saulot said:IIRC Byzantium is in the Eastern tech group. There is a decision to Westernize that requires a certain level of centralization, a certain level of innovativeness, a good ruler (i forget the exact requirement), and a +3 stability.
