Byzantium Mod (Demo Only) v1.4
*MODIFIED TO INCLUDE NEW BYZANTINE FLAG AND README.TXT, AS WELL AS CHANGES IN PROVINCE NAMES AS PROPOSED BY JORDARKELF
NOW IN EASY COPY DIRECTORY AND FUGETTABOUTIT VERSION!
Okay, folks, I'd intended to do this once I got home from work this evening, but as so many have asked for it, I've gone ahead and whipped up the files to post presently. You can download the DEMO ONLY Byzantium Mod here:
Download Byzantium.rar
Download Byzantium.zip
You should be able to just extract or paste the folder over your EU3DEMO directory, clicking 'Yes to All' where prompted.
I -think- that should cover it. If anything doesn't work write, post, and I'll do my best to ferret out the problem. With this, Byzantium should be playable from the start of the demo onwards. The monarch at any given start date will never change from Ioannes V (I envisioned him as a young, energetic figure much like Emperor Charles V, destined to reign for 50 years or more). I know it's threadbare, but this is the demo. Anything more advanced can wait for the final release, and would probably be better engineered at hands more capable than mine.
A screenshot for those of you who are curious. Amongst other revisions in the latest version, notice the new gold-and-purple color scheme of the Byzantine soldiers. If you don't like it, by all means, don't use it, but for me, it hearkens to Crusader Kings.
