Duchy titles in Byzantine empire roughly correspond to historical themata so I suggest the titles get localized to Thema of X - Duchy of Anatolikon should really be Thema of Anatolikon. They also probably shouldn't be inheritable but that is a story for a full update, not just a minor patch.
Speaking of updates, I don't understand what de jure kingdoms are supposed to represent in Byzantium. As far as I know there wasn't anything like that during this period. If anyone knows about Byzantine kingly titles, I'm always happy to learn more about this topic.
