By The Dam Scenario and Bus Lines

I noticed this little glitch in the scenario. You'll have to construct bus depot to gain access to the bus line tool, even though there's already a depot and also a bus line in place at the start of it.

This is still an issue. Also, when you build the new bus depot, bus lines are only temporarily accessible. If you click away to something else, they disable again, so to do anything with bus lines in this scenario, you need to build a new bus depot every time. Basically makes buses unusable in this scenario.
