When you are making your election vote, can you use your account name. We are voting for the player, regardless of who they style themselves as. No offence meant; I just reckon it will avoid later confusion.

As it happens, though at first I was powered by raw enthusiasm, the pace I set is too much even for myself. My other, less interesting life of forms and bills is suffering. As such, I'm going to post a sample process which would remove me as a bottleneck on the forum. This way, should I get dragged away by other concerns, the game does not stall. Making the election period longer will be part of the new process.
I'm going to put this process in the first post, so it can be referenced handily.

The Di Helsingur dynasty originated in Sweden during the early medieval period and was first heard about in the Old English poem Widsith. A people known as Hælsings existed in the coastal regions north of Uppland. The dynasty itself was founded by Þórir Helsingur who had to flee east from Jämtland after committing murder. After many years had passed the northern coast of Sweden was known as Helsingjaland, with the Helsingur dynasty as powerful nobles in the area. The dynasty have had a long history of interaction with various Mediterranean powers as a branch of the dynasty moved south through the Dnieper River to Constantinople and the Byzantine Empire, an empire which they served as a part of the Varangian Guard.
The guard, which was first formed under Emperor Basil II in 988, served as the emperors bodyguards and consisted mostly of Norsemen. After their Christianization they managed to remain their Norse culture and kept with them the tradition of faithful, oath-bound service to the death.
These traditions was kept as a vital part of the dynasty's policies even after they had moved from Constantinople to Italy and when the Tuscan election of 1411 drew close the Helsingur swore a bload-oath to be forever faithful to The Republic. They were to serve and love The Republic, holding true the ideals that unite them.

well , Prince Danilo Rivani von Estonie has finished his (first) term as the head of Tuscany. 8 years of his lead were very peaceful in Tuscany and in Italy all together.

Being a 6/6/3 ruler, he gave Tuscany a good base to advance in administrative, production, and trade technology, which we did. tbh administrative is ahead by 11 years.

If voted for second term, Danilo will continue looking for conquest opportunities, will ofcourse get Tuscany the leading technology country in Europe. Trading will also be looked, though due to strong trade policies of Genoa and Venice, it will not be focused.
Slider: Free Subjects.( slider change approx. Feb 1420) Tuscany must get even more into technology. Trade opportunities are currently low.

Genoa owned whole of crimea, though rebellions made crimea independent. but genoa still has decent holdings there.
Venice did its usual politics, Venice has different holdings in the Balkan coasts.

Can you post save somewhere or at least give more information or screenshots about our situation with neighbours. Are they still allied like in previous save? Is Siena unprotected? How much gold is in Tuscan treasury?

I'm going to have to pull back on my interaction, this is much too much to keep up with. Plus my PC has decided not to behave so I'm due to spend considerable time reloading it. I'll try to monitor but my interactions will be limited.
