There's no option to buy a region? Because sometimes I would prefer to buy a state, instead of declaring war without a CB.

Plus, there's no way to arrange CBs? The only ones I got were through events, against the UK - Great Power #1 (E.g.: they arrested a citizen of mine, in my territory). So, no fabricate claims, or something like that?

And I'm playing as The USA, if that matters. :p

Yeah, I find it hard as well to get Casus Belli against anyone. Last one was an "Aquire State" against the Ottoman, which would be great if they were not allied with the UK, Spain and Russia...

On a separate note, is there a place where one could see a list of his active Casus Belli? I've looked around and no luck thus far.

The only way I know is by looking at every nation separately at the "Diplomacy" screen, "Show Wars" tab.

So, a list showing all the Causus Bellis would be very welcomed. :p

there is a decision where the USA can buy Russias Alaskan areas for i think 72000, but it is historical obviously.

I know (I already did). But I was looking for something different than events and decisions. Or something like: I have a core in a province, and an option to buy it would be nice. Or something along the way.

Or even being able to exchange provinces would be nice.....even better still would be the AI taught to understand that homogenous blocks of provinces are better than scattered ones for sale/exchange purposes, excepting strategic refuelling provinces, but most AI nations have priority provinces coded already if the same as the EU series?

I'd also like my current casus belli's displayed along with when they expire.
