I would love if there was a option for you to have more buses in just on route. (I have about a billion buses driving around my city just to cope with the demand of one lane)

Also it would be brilliant if we could have coachs/bigger buses. In "real life" (at least where I live) buses are much bigger than 30 seats and this I feel isn't realistic. (I have to have excessive amount of buses to cope which in turn results in a slows down of traffic).

Just and idea! ☺️

You get, roughly, one bus per stop. You will find these buses will clog up the roads more than help.

I stopped using buses a while ago due to them causing more traffic issues than before they were put down.

Use metro to get your population around. It's not worth using anything else. Buses clog up roads, trains just cost more and take less people around.

Yeah that's what I'm doing at the moment instead of using buses

It would be great to have a list of all Bus, metro, train, etc. lines, where you can see the utilization, how many vehicles are used (perhaps adjust that right here), and you can delete the line there.

That would make the administration of public transport much more usable. ATM you have to find a Bus to delete the line. How weird is that?! ;)

Select the stop, as though you are moving it and press X to delete it.

Selecting the right stop on a station with more than one line to it can be difficult, I usually follow the line with the selector and when it gets to the station it tends to snap to the stop (most of the time).

The main way is - when you no longer get commercial zones complaining of not enough people buy from them then you have good enough public transport.

If you have traffic jams you don't have a good enough public transport system - note that buses can, and often do, cause traffic to become worse. Stick with metros, flowing traffic means metros are fine.

I had metro stations at one end of every other of my 50x10 blocks (so every 50 cells one direction and every 20 cells the other) throughout my commercial and residential. I didn't bother with industrial since I've never seen it be of benefit. I don't have a screenshot unfortunately however check out GunnerMart's 500k population video, it shows his metros which are very much like mine.
